(Spin on the Honey Bee)
- 2 oz BMD Ragged Mountain Rum
- 1 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 oz Black tea, chilled
- ¾ oz Honey simple syrup (1:1 ratio of local honey to water)
- Garnish: Lemon twist + mint leaves
- Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with lemon twist and mint leaves.
