Sweet Francine

(Spin on the Honey Bee)


  • 2 oz BMD Ragged Mountain Rum
  • 1 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz Black tea, chilled
  • ¾ oz Honey simple syrup (1:1 ratio of local honey to water)
  • Garnish: Lemon twist + mint leaves


  1. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist and mint leaves.
