Edith Wharton

(Spin on the Boulevardier)

Ingredients:

• 2 oz BMD Race Brook Rye or BMD Berkshire Bourbon
• ¾ oz Amaro dell’Etna
• ¾ oz Campari
• Dash Orange bitters
• Garnish: Citrus twist

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
3. Garnish with citrus twist.
