Bottom’s Elixir

(Spin on the Gin Gimlet)

Ingredients:

• 2 oz BMD Greylock Gin
• 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
• Garnish: Lime Wheel
• Soda water to create ‘Sparkling Bottom’s Elixir’

Instructions:

1. In a shaker tin, add ice and ingredients. (Do not include soda water at this stage. See below.)
2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
3. For “Sparkling Bottom’s Elixir, strain into highball glass with rocks, and fill with soda water.
