CATA Creative Spark

(Spin on the Gin Rickey)

Ingredients:

• 1 oz BMD Ice Glen Vodka
• ½ oz Raspberry liqueur (Silver Bear or Chambord)
• ½ oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 oz Tonic or soda water
• Garnish: Raspberry or half-wheel slice of lime

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice.
3. Fill with tonic water or soda water.
4. Garnish with raspberry and/or lime wheel.
