Downhill Daring

(Spin on the Vieux Carré)

Ingredients:

• 1½ oz BMD Berkshire Bourbon
• ½ oz Punt e Mes or sweet vermouth
• ½ oz Cocchi Americano aperitivo
• ¼ oz Benedictine
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Garnish: Orange twist

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass over one large ice cube.
3. Express the oil from an orange peel over the glass and rest the peel on the rim.
