Naumkeag Sunset

(Spin on the Contessa Negroni)


  • 1 oz BMD Greylock Gin
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Dry vermouth
  • 3 oz Tonic water
  • Garnish: Edible flowers and/or orange peel


  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Fill with tonic water, garnish and serve.
