(Spin on the Contessa Negroni)
- 1 oz BMD Greylock Gin
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Dry vermouth
- 3 oz Tonic water
- Garnish: Edible ﬂowers and/or orange peel
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass ﬁlled with ice.
- Fill with tonic water, garnish and serve.
