(Spin on the French 75)
- 1 oz BMD Greylock Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
- 3 oz Sparkling wine
- Garnish: Lemon twist
- Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a champagne ﬂute, top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
