Sterling 75

(Spin on the French 75)


  • 1 oz BMD Greylock Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
  • 3 oz Sparkling wine
  • Garnish: Lemon twist


  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist.
