Bricks + Bourbon

(Spin on the Manhattan)

Ingredients:

• 1 oz BMD Berkshire Bourbon
• 1 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
• 1 oz Amontillado dry sherry
• Dash Angostura bitters

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
