Greylock Gin
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Greylock Gin
.75 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz chartreuse
.5 egg white
Soda water
Preparation
Add Chartreuse to Collins glass and add ice. Pour all ingredients except soda into a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake well up to 10 seconds. Strain into Collins glass. Top with soda water and 2 dashes bitters.
