Mint Swizzle

Ragged Mountain Rum

Ingredients

2 oz. Ragged Mountain Rum
1 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
.5 oz. Velvet Falernum
splash simple syrup
2 pinches mint
Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Mint Crown

Preparation

Muddle mint in the bottom of a Collins glass. add crushed ice. Stir all ingredients except Ginger Beer in mixing glass and pour into Collins glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime wheel, Angostura, and Falernum Bitters and mint crown.
