Ragged Mountain Rum


2 oz. Ragged Mountain Rum
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
3 to 4 oz. chilled club soda
fresh sprig of mint


Muddle mint, sugar, and lime juice in the bottom of a highball glass. Fill with ice. Top with club soda and ad a fresh sprig of  mint.
