Mulled Madeira and Bourbon

Berkshire Bourbon


1 oz Berkshire Bourbon
2.5 oz. Madeira or Port
1 oz Lillet Blanc
3 Dash Orange bitter
4 oz Water
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Whole Cloves
Lemon Wheel
Orange Twist


Heat Madeira, bourbon, Lillet, orange bitters, water, and brown sugar until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and pour into 10oz mug. Add cinnamon,cloves, and lemon. Garnish with lemon twist.
